What to know about staying in a foreign country with a tourist visa

Each country sets its own rules for staying in a country with a tourist visa. However, there are common features.

Firstly, you can not violate the terms of stay. If a tourist was allowed to stay in the state for 15 days, then it is advisable to fly back on the 14th day.

Secondly, the tourist must strictly comply with local laws. Therefore, you should familiarize yourself with it in advance. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. For violation of the laws, a tourist may face a fine or deportation with a subsequent ban on entry.

Thirdly, a visa can be canceled upon detection of the fact of providing false data. If the tourist deceived the consulate when applying, and the information was found out a little later, then Russian citizens can be deported and banned from entering the selected country for life.

Fourth, attempts to find a job or get an education with only a tourist visa are strictly punished by foreign states. For such an offense, you can lose your right to cross the border with this country for life.
